We walk the property with you. Listen to what you're actually trying to fix — the new neighbors, the dog that figured out the gate, the pool inspector calling Tuesday. Then he hands you a written quote before he leaves the driveway. The walkthrough is free. The quote is free. The advice is honest.
"Quote on Tuesday, fence finished Thursday. Cleaner than they found it."
When you call, you get me — not a call center. When the crew shows up, I'm on the job with them. And when you have a question two years from now, the same number rings the same phone.
A walkthrough costs you nothing — not a deposit, not a "consultation fee," not a screening call. We drive out, walk the line with you, listen to what's actually going wrong, and leave you with a written number you can hold.
If we're a fit, great. If not, you've still got a quote and a plan. That's the deal.
A new neighbor with a second-story addition. A puppy that figured out the latch. A pool inspector on the calendar. A house going on the market in 30 days. We start with what's wrong, then walk you through what fits.

A yard that's yours again
New construction next door. A second-story addition. A pool that suddenly has spectators. We walk the line and confirm what the city allows for height before you spend a dime.
02 · Dogs
Escape-proof, even diggers
Diggers, jumpers, smart small breeds. Most fences fail at the bottom edge — ours don't, because we engineer for the dog before we frame the panel.
03 · Pool
Insurance signs off first try
Closing date approaching. Insurance inspector on the calendar. New pool isn't legal until it's enclosed. We've done enough of these to know exactly what passes Nebraska code — see the full pool enclosure on our Facebook.
04 · Selling
Curb appeal that closes
Leaning sections. Missing slats. A 20-year-old chain link the buyer will use to negotiate. Sometimes it's a repair. Sometimes a replace. We'll tell you which one actually moves the needle.
We drive out, walk the property with you, mark the line, take the measurements, then check pricing with our suppliers and send a written quote within 24 hours. No deposits to schedule. No "consultation fee." No follow-up sales call.
From the day you call to the day we lock the last gate latch — here's the whole thing, end to end.
Pick a 30-minute slot. We drive out, walk the line with you, take the measurements, and ask the questions other contractors skip.
We pull numbers from our suppliers and email you a written quote within 24 hours of the walkthrough — line items broken out, materials, labor, haul-off, permits, locates. Yours to keep, no obligation.
50% deposit locks your slot and triggers the material order. Most installs run two to four weeks out in season. Final 50% is due the day we finish — not before.
Wood, chain link, iron and aluminum, plus gates, automated openers, and commercial work. Whatever the job needs — that's what we install.
Privacy, cap-board, custom heights. Sealed or stained.
Backstops, courts, perimeter. Built for daily use.
Galvanized, black, vinyl-coated. Residential & commercial.
Pool code. Decorative. Security. Powder-coated.
Walk, drive, and automated openers. Installed & serviced.
Panels. Posts. Hardware. Barbed wire and security upgrades.
If we charge for it, it's on the quote. If it's on the quote, you'll never see it again on the invoice.
"Edgar told me I didn't need a full replacement — just five panels and two posts. Saved me about $4,000. That's how I knew I was working with the right guy."
"Quote on Tuesday, deposit Friday, fence finished the next Thursday. Cleaned up so well I couldn't tell where the old posts came out."
"Two weeks from closing on a pool inspection. Edgar fit us in, passed first try, didn't gouge us for the timeline. Hire this guy."
"Send a neighbor our way. They get a fence done right. You get $100 in your hand the day they sign."
You get $100 just for making a good intro. Your neighbor gets a crew that's already been vouched for — no bidding wars, no "too good to be true" Google ads, no salesperson reading from a script. They skip the headache, you get paid, and a yard down the street gets a fence built right.
Honest work travels by word of mouth in this trade. The neighbors you point our way will thank you when they see the finished line. We just want to make sure you get a thank-you too.
Free, no catch. We drive out, walk the property with you, take measurements, and email you a written quote within 24 hours — no deposit, no consultation fee, no obligation. If we're a fit, great. If not, you've still got a quote and a plan. The only thing we ask is that you be home when we said we'd be there.
50% of the total project cost, due before we order any material. It locks your spot on the calendar — we don't hold dates on a handshake, because material has gone up 30% in three years and we can't afford to. The remaining 50% is due the day the install is finished. Not before. Square handles payment, in person or by link.
No. We've watched too many small contractors get burned by financing partners that take 8–12% off the top and leave the homeowner blaming us when payments come due. We keep our prices honest by skipping the middleman. Most banks, credit unions, and home equity lines beat any contractor financing program anyway.
HOA paperwork and submittal is the customer's responsibility — you know your board better than we ever will, and they'll want it from the homeowner directly. We'll happily provide spec sheets, drawings, color samples, and anything else they ask for to support your packet. We've worked with most of the big Omaha HOAs and know what flies and what doesn't.
If they're marked and we hit one, we repair it on our dime. If they're not marked, the homeowner covers the repair. Mark your lines before we dig — paint cans are cheap insurance.
Residential when the weather and soil cooperate — we're not setting posts in frozen mud. Commercial year-round; we use a skid steer that punches through frost. If you have a hard deadline (closing date, insurance inspection), call us and we'll figure it out together.
Omaha, Lincoln, Gretna, Fremont, Norfolk, Papillion, Bellevue, Elkhorn, and most of eastern Nebraska. If you're outside that radius, call us anyway — we travel for the right project.
Pick a 30-minute slot. We show up, walk the yard, and follow up with a written quote within 24 hours. Costs you nothing. That's the whole thing.
Send us a quick text or give us a call — we'll book a free walkthrough, hear your vision, and have a written quote to you within 24 hours. No deposits, no pressure.
